PROPHETIC WARNING TO MEN IN CHURCH LEADERSHIP

To the men of God…To the leaders, pastors, elders, and those entrusted with influence in the house of the Lord—

The Spirit of the Lord is speaking:

You have remained in position, but you have not remained in process.

You have held your seat, but you have not yielded to My Spirit.

And now, I am calling you to account.

There are some among you who are like King Saul—You continue to lead, but the grace that once empowered you has lifted.

Yet instead of humbling yourself, you have chosen to protect your image rather than pursue repentance.

You fear losing honor before men more than you fear losing My presence.

There are others like Eli—

You see what is wrong. You know what is out of order. But you refuse to confront it.

You have chosen comfort over correction, peace over purity, and in doing so, you have allowed corruption to sit in sacred places.

Some of you are in the place of King David—not in his devotion, but in his delay.

You have stepped out of position. You have entertained what you should have warred against. And instead of quickly repenting, you have covered, managed, and continued.

But hear the word of the Lord: What is covered in secret will not remain hidden.

And there are many who have become like the Pharisees—

You teach truth… but you do not live it. You uphold systems… but resist My Spirit. You have mastered appearance while neglecting transformation.

You have become guardians of what was, while rejecting what I am doing now.

The Lord says:

You are stuck.

Stuck between what I said… and what you chose. Stuck between calling… and compromise. Stuck between conviction… and disobedience.

And I have sent warnings before this one.

Through My Word. Through My servants. Through private conviction.

But you have silenced conviction to maintain control.

 This is your warning:

If you do not return to Me in repentance, humility, and truth—

I will:

• Remove influence while leaving visibility

• Expose what you refused to confront

• Raise up those who will obey where you resisted

Just as I did with Saul… I have already identified another.

But hear this clearly—this is not just judgment… this is mercy.

Because I am giving you time to:

• Step down where pride has held you up

• Address what you have ignored

• Cleanse what you have defiled

• Return to your first love

I am not looking for perfection.

I am looking for men who tremble at My Word again.

Men who will say: “Search me, O God… and if You find anything in me, remove it.”

 Return now.

Not later. Not when exposed. Not when it collapses.

Now. Because the next move of God will not be built on charisma…It will be built on consecration.
